Hey hey everyone! This will be a very tiny post indeed. Just back to the PNW from a trip to the Lone Star State where I got to see friends and fam, as well as one chicken and lots of cows, almost got swept away in a tornado, ate up to 6 tacos, and watched Austin Stories while being in Austin. (I forgot what a great show that was!)
Now, down to business. First, lemme share the latest episode of the Tiny Histories podcast with you…
[Listen to the episode here — Substack makes it really hard to embed a player, but hey, at least we have links?]
If you A) have a great (great?) grandmother who raised an unbelievable number of children all by herself in unimaginable circumstances, B) love the music to House of Cards or Carnivale, C) like a libretto, you’ll love this episode!
And coming soon to a podcast player near you will be a episodes featuring one artist, one former Harvard Law student, and one musician, and maybe an episode about Carnegie Hall if you behave yourselves. Also, many thanks to all of you who’ve sent in your story ideas lately. I swear I’ll have my imaginary assistant respond to them next week!
Okay…that’s it for now. Time for Halloween candy!
